Yvonne Muriithi is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya and holds a law degree from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA) and a postgraduate diploma from the Kenya School of Law.

Currently, she is the legal officer at Property Boutique and Assistant Editor of the CM Property Digest, (CMPD), a leading publication established as an affiliate of CM Advocates LLP, known for its current real estate market trends, content, and industry insights. She is an adept researcher, content creator, and publisher.

She has vast experience in Real Estate, Banking, and Finance matters and has handled major developments and provided advisory services to among others, property developers, sellers, buyers, tenants, landlords, and property managers.

Throughout her legal practice, she has been involved in major property transactions where she has acted for Financial institutions and Banks on legal matters concerning lending and banking facilities, and has keenly and competently advised borrowers, lenders,  personal and corporate guarantors, etc., She has been involved in the perfection of securities, drafting, and preparation of legal documents, including, debentures, Personal and Corporate Guarantees, and Indemnities, Liens, Charges, Deeds of insubordination, etc.

Over the years, Yvonne has also gained vast experience and expertise in estate planning, succession, and administration matters. She boasts of robust knowledge in Wills, Trusts, and family businesses. In addition, Yvonne is experienced in corporate commercial matters and company secretarial, where she has advised Companies, Boards of Directors, Shareholders, etc.
